Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the exchange procedure:

1) You have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to request an exchange. To request an exchange, fill out the form and send the return package (it appears after clicking the "Send return package" button below). The return label/return code is valid for 14 days.

2) In the case of a product exchange, the return period does not restart. The return period only includes the time the product was with the customer. The exchange processing time on our end is not included in this period.

3) For a successful exchange, the clothing must be returned unused/unwashed. The return of goods permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke/sweat or showing other signs of use beyond checking the goods (as would be possible in a physical store) may be rejected.

4) We exchange products for a different size, length, grammage, or color. It is not possible to exchange a product for a different model.

5) Please attach the exchange form to the package (DOWNLOAD) – either printed or handwritten. This will help us process the exchange more efficiently and quickly.

*The package with the new product is sent to the address / parcel locker provided in the original order.

*If we do not have the item chosen for exchange in stock, we will arrange for it to be sewn (processing time is up to 14 business days). If this is not possible (e.g., if it has been discontinued or due to reasons beyond our control, or if the product is in limited quantity), we will issue a refund.
